I am a Siebel EIM developer working in an MNC for 7+ years. My expertise include:

• With more than 7+ years in design, implementation and testing of Siebel CRM v8.0/8.1 Applications, understanding the architecture, scope and functionality with specialization in Siebel EIM data migration.

• Good experience and knowledge in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Siebel EIM Design, Testing & Data Migration for Siebel Enterprise.

• Strong knowledge in Siebel Architecture and Data Model and proficient with Siebel EIM concepts, Configuration (IFB) files, EIM jobs, SQL, PL/SQL, SQLLDR, writing Batch files, shell scripts etc. and basic working knowledge of Unix shell programming.

• Worked on data migration in Siebel UCM (Universal Customer Master/Oracle Customer Hub), populating SDH and Best version tables for master entities through EIM and BDM jobs.

• Additional experience in formulating business and technical reconciliation scenarios, preparing and reviewing business and technical design documents, drafting detailed EIM mapping sheets, preparing and executing deployment and run sheet.

• Expertise in debugging and resolving all kinds of EIM issues in Import, Delete, and Merge.

• Additional Hands-on experience in data migration into Siebel UCM (Universal Customer Master).

• 1 Year working experience in Informatica Power Center 9.1.0 (2012-2013).

• Good knowledge in Informatica Concepts & Development, Informatica Mapping Designer, Workflow Designer and various Transformations.

• Oracle Partner Training completed for Oracle Sales Cloud R8 Implementation.

• Also worked on Siebel configuration module like applets, views, business components etc.
